Toronto’s Top Studio For Natural Brows, Lip Blush, & Eyeliner
Hi! I’m Anna.
As the founder of Bloom Beauty Studio, I believe in providing a high-quality, custom experience focusing on natural and clean results.
When you're flooded with options, finding the right permanent makeup artist can be overwhelming.
This is why you should
choose me as your artist:
I’m a Lifelong Visual Artist
Before PMU, I studied at OCAD and ran a business painting hyper-detailed peg dolls. Today? Your brows, lips, and lash line are my new canvas, and I treat them with the same precision and care.
I Used to Be You
As a busy entrepreneur and mom, with no time or energy, makeup was the last thing on my list. Getting permanent makeup changed how I felt about myself. I get why this matters.
I’m All About Natural Beauty
Every face is different, and I want to enhance what’s already beautiful. Not flashier. Not trendier. Just deeply considered, intentionally done, and designed to feel like you.
I Offer Calm, One-On-One Care
You won’t find a crowded clinic here. No noise. No rush. No double bookings. Just you and me, in a clean, private studio. A space where you can feel seen, safe, and unrushed.
I’m Constantly Learning
I’m multi-certified and spend hundreds of hours plus thousands of dollars a year on advanced education, because you deserve an artist who never stops improving.
I Care... A LOT
You’re not just a slot in my calendar. I check in, I follow up, I care. This is more than a transaction to me; it’s a relationship. Want to know what it’s like to work with me? Take a peek at my 100+ Google Reviews.

If this resonates, I’d love to hear from you.
If not, that’s ok. Because I don’t want everyone’s business. I just want to take exceptional care of the right ones.

Permanent makeup, also known as cosmetic tattooing, involves implanting pigment into the skin to enhance facial features like eyebrows, eyes, and lips. This technique creates a natural look that can mimic traditional makeup.
-
The longevity of permanent makeup varies depending on the individual's skin type, lifestyle, and the specific procedure. Generally, it can last from 1 to 5 years, with touch-up sessions recommended to maintain the desired look.
-
Pain levels vary among individuals, but most people experience minimal discomfort. Topical anesthetics are used to numb the area, and many clients report only a slight scratching or tingling sensation during the procedure.
-
Permanent makeup is generally safe when performed by a qualified and experienced professional. Choosing a reputable technician who follows proper hygiene and sterilization practices is crucial to minimize the risk of complications.
-
The cost varies based on the procedure, the artist's expertise, and the location. On average, prices range from $400 to $1000+ for the initial appointment, with additional costs for touch-ups.

While permanent makeup will fade over time, complete removal can be challenging and may require multiple laser treatments. To avoid dissatisfaction, it's essential to choose your permanent makeup artist carefully and communicate your preferences clearly.

To ensure the best results and a smooth healing process, follow these preparation steps:
Skin Condition: Keep your skin healthy and free from irritation. Avoid sunburns, rashes, or acne outbreaks in the treatment area. Stop any harsh skin treatments, such as chemical peels, microdermabrasion, or laser treatments, at least three weeks prior to your appointment.
Avoid Certain Substances:
Alcohol and Caffeine: Refrain from consuming alcohol and caffeine for at least 24 hours before the procedure to reduce swelling and sensitivity.
Blood-Thinning Medications: Consult with your doctor about possibly discontinuing blood-thinning medications 5 days before your session, if medically advisable.
Retinoids: Discontinue use of products containing retinoids as soon as booking your appointment to decrease skin sensitivity.
Cosmetic Injections and Fillers: If you plan to get cosmetic injections or fillers, do so at least three weeks before or after your permanent makeup appointment to prevent any shifts in pigment placement.
Medications and Health:
If you have medical conditions like diabetes or an autoimmune disorder, obtain clearance from your healthcare provider.
For lip procedures, if you're prone to cold sores, start antiviral medication as prescribed by your doctor a few days before the procedure and continue afterward to prevent outbreaks.
-
Proper aftercare is essential for healing and long-lasting results. Follow these general instructions:
Keep the treated area clean.
Avoid activities that cause sweating.
Apply a thin layer of gentle ointment as recommended.
Your technician will give you detailed aftercare guidelines to ensure the best results.
-
Permanent makeup may not be suitable if you have conditions or circumstances that compromise your immune system or healing capabilities. You may not be eligible if you:
Are pregnant or breastfeeding (wait at least 6 months after nursing stops).
Have a history of keloids or hypertrophic scarring.
Are diabetic (requires doctor’s clearance).
Are taking blood-thinning medications (must pause 5 days prior).
Have an autoimmune disorder (requires doctor’s clearance).
Have recently completed chemotherapy (requires doctor’s clearance).
Have Hepatitis B or C.
Are currently ill with a cold, flu, or other viral infection (please reschedule).
Are epileptic (requires doctor’s clearance).
Have a pacemaker or uncontrolled high blood pressure (requires doctor’s clearance).
Are currently tanned, sunburned, or have a skin rash (postpone until resolved).
Please consult with us before booking if any of the following apply:
You have skin conditions such as psoriasis, dermatitis, eczema, chronic acne, broken capillaries, or rosacea near the treatment area (mild cases may be manageable).
You have previous microblading or permanent makeup (send us a photo for assessment).
You have a heart condition (consult your doctor due to numbing agents used).
You have taken Accutane or used retinoids within the last year (avoid these medications 1-4 months before and after treatment).
If you have specific concerns or want to discuss eligibility, please message us or include details in your medical forms when booking an appointment.
-
During the healing process, you can expect initial darkness and possible swelling (eyes and lips), which will subside. The treated area may also flake as it heals.
External healing is 5-10 days;
Full healing typically takes about 4 weeks, during which the colour softens and stabilizes to the final shade.
-
Permanent makeup usually requires two sessions. The initial appointment is followed by a touch-up session 4-6 weeks later to finalize the pigment and shape after healing.
